MLB DFS has a 10-game main slate on DraftKings and FanDuel, and a 14-game main slate on SuperDraft. The main slate begins at 1:05 PM EST/10:05 AM PST.
These are the early morning Top 5 MLB DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the MLB DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall MLB DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
Peralta comes into today’s action as the highest rated pitcher on DraftKings and FanDuel in the Team Rise or Fall MLB DFS Study Hubs. On DraftKings he’s 28.45 rating points ahead of second place Dylan Cease.
Peralta has a 31.2% strikeout rate and he walks nearly 11% of the batters he faces. The Braves strike out 24% of the time which is good for the 11th highest rate in MLB. Peralta should rack up the Ks on his way to a great day.
The Red Sox come into today’s action as the second highest rated stack while we’re projecting them to be the third highest owned stack. This is like all of my worlds colliding. I’ve pushed the Red Sox a lot this season, our Study Hub loves the Red Sox, most contestants are focused on other stacks, and Boston is on a three-game win streak. There’s a lot to like here. I’ll be stacking plenty of Boston today.
I hate to do this (Using the same pitcher for both slates instead of giving you all other options) but Peralta is such a standout option today. He’s 15.13 rating points higher than second place Dylan Cease in our FanDuel MLB DFS Study Hub.
Peralta’s strikeout numbers are above in the DraftKings pitcher section. There’s plenty of reasons to like him today and I’m not sure what else I can add.
The Phillies rate as our fourth highest stack option in our MLB DFS Study Hub for FanDuel. We’re projecting them to be the fourth highest owned stack as well.
Vegas loves this game and is projecting the Blue Jays to score more runs than Philadelphia. I’m going to veer off of Vegas’ path a little today. I will let you all in on a little secret: (Unless you’re a member of Team Rise or Fall. In that case this information is readily available to you.) We’ve rated Toronto as the top stack and the top owned stack. So I’m zigging while Vegas zags. Galaxy brain stuff here.
MLB DFS Lineup Winning Pick – New York Yankees, NYY @ BAL, O/U 9
The Yankees come in as the second best stack on DraftKings and the third best stack on FanDuel in our MLB DFS Study Hubs today. We’re expecting the Yankees to be the second most popular stack on both sites.
Baltimore has lost four straight games coming in to Sunday’s games, and you know I love targeting a team on winning or losing streak. New York is the road team today which guarantees us nine innings of at-bats. All of these ingredients should cook up a big day for the Bronx Bombers.
The MLB DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our MLB DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member the core players they would build their Cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These MLB DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their MLB DFS Lineups.
The MLB Strategy Notebook gives our staff a place to write notes specific to each slate for members to read regarding strategy for each slate. They will mention which stacks they are targeting, which players make more sense for GPP formats over Cash formats and other lineup building tidbits!
The MLB DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate-winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy baseball roster construction.
The MLB Stacks will display the top stacks of the day using the data from the MLB Study Hub! This will display what teams project the best, which will be higher owned, and a player-by-player breakdown to show which players could be going overlooked.
