Cole comes into his eighth start of the season with a 5-1 record and a low 1.37 ERA. In reviewing the MLB Study Hub, we can see that he has a 36.6% K-rate – the highest on the slate. Fire him up with confidence.

DraftKings MLB DFS Picks (Stack) – New York Yankees, NYY @ TEX, O/U 8

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Yankees are rated as the best stack of the night on DraftKings in the MLB Study Hub. They’ve seen their bats wake up over the last three games in which they’ve scored 5, 6, and 8 runs. Tonight, the Bronx Bombers get right-handed pitcher Jordan Lyles. Lyles has started 8 games this season and sports a 1-3 record with a 6.63 ERA. Lyles allows a .370 WOBA and a .224 ISO to lefties and a .205 ISO to righties.

FanDuel MLB DFS Picks (Pitcher) – Yu Darvish, SD vs COL, O/U 6.5

I don’t blame you if you want to go Cole here on FanDuel as well, but I’m going to go with the $1200 savings and take Yu Darvish. Darvish faces the feeble Rockies offense that struggles away from Coors. According to the MLB Study Hub, we see that Darvish has a 30.7% K-rate coming into tonight’s game while having a 6.8% BB-rate. One other thing that may attract the attention of DFSers is going to be the low Vegas implied total which is the smallest on the slate at an implied 6.5 runs.

FanDuel MLB DFS Picks (Stack) – Los Angeles Angeles, LAA vs CLE, O/U 9

The Los Angeles Angels are getting lots of love from our MLB Study Hub. They are currently rated as the second-best option trailing only the Yankees. Tonight they’ll face a relatively unknown starter in Sam Hentges. In a small sample size, we see that he’s struggled against right-handed batters giving up a .445 WOBA and a .317 ISO. The numbers may be skewed due to the small sample size but I don’t mind taking a chance with the Angels bats.

MLB DFS Lineup Winning Pick – Chicago White Sox, CWS @ MIN, O/U 9

The White Sox will face off against Twins starter J.A. Happ. They rank second and third in the DraftKings and FanDuel study Hubs respectively. Happ has a relatively low K-rate of 23.3%. In this matchup, I’m specifically looking into Chicago’s right-handed sticks. Happ gives up a .337 WOBA and .234 ISO to the right side of the plate.
