Top 5 MLB DFS Picks: DraftKings and FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks

DraftKings MLB DFS Picks (Pitcher) – Jacob deGrom, NYM vs COL, O/U 6

deGrom comes into tonight as the highest-rated pitcher in the MLB Study Hub. He’ll benefit from facing off against a bad Rockies offense. deGrom is coming off an injury so be cautious of any news of a pitch limit. He has a 3-2 record in six starts with a .68 ERA. His K-rate is 32.9% is second only to Scherzer on

DraftKings MLB DFS Picks (Stack) – Minnesota Twins, MIN vs BAL, O/U 9.5

The MLB Study Hub loves the Twins tonight as the highest project stack on the slate. They should, however, carry some pretty high ownership according to the Study Hub. They carry an implied run total of 5.62 runs, by far the most on the slate. They’ll face right-handed pitcher Dean Kremer and his 6.35 ERA.

FanDuel MLB DFS Picks (Pitcher) – Max Scherzer, WSH vs CIN, O/U 7.5

Scherzer is at home going against the Reds tonight. He is the highest-rated and projected scorer in the FanDuel portion of the MLB Study Hub. Mad Max has the highest K-Rate on the slate (34.3%). While many will look at deGrom, I prefer the $1k worth of savings going to Scherzer. This will open up some salary savings allowing you to bring in some better bats.

FanDuel MLB DFS Picks (Stack) – San Francisco Giants, SF @ ARZ, O/U 9

We’re going to San Francisco, the fourth-ranked stack in the MLB Study Hub. They look to bounce back after being swept by the Dodgers. They’ll head down to hitter-friendly Arizona and face Corbin Martin. The young Martin has only started one game this season but in looking at his splits he appears to be a reverse splits pitcher, giving up power and contact to righties. That is where I’ll be looking to start my Giants stacks.

MLB DFS Lineup Winning Pick – Cleveland Indians , CLE @ DET, O/U 9

The Indians are my tournament stack of the night. They rank better as a FanDuel play than a DraftKings play so take it with a grain of salt. They don’t project to carry high ownership at all on either site. Cleveland does carry a 4.78 implied team total, the sixth highest on the slate. Detroit starter Tarik Skubal doesn’t have a whole lot of BvP against these Indians so it should be an interesting matchup. In the review of Skubal’s splits, I want to attack him with the Indian’s righties.
