MLB DFS has a 12-game slate on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. The main slate begins at 7:05 PM EST/4:05 PM PST.
These are the early morning Top 5 MLB DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the MLB DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall MLB DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
Ryu comes in as the top rated pitcher in the Team Rise or Fall MLB DFS Study Hub for DraftKings. He has a 24.5% strikeout rate, and a stellar 4.2% base on balls rate. He faces a Cleveland team that strikes out 23.4% of the time which is 21st in all of MLB. I don’t know if Ryu will have a dominant game but it should definitely be a solid outing.
The White Sox are the 6th ranked stack in our MLB DFS Study Hub for DraftKings. We’re projecting them to be the 5th highest owned stack tonight. As always, that’s a combination I love to see. A high-upside offense that the field is sleeping on is an easy way to shoot up the standings.
Anderson is the top rated pitcher in our MLB DFS Study Hub for FanDuel. He comes into tonight’s action with a 29.7% strikeout rate and a 10.1% base on balls rate. These are all great indicators for someone that’s going to have a decent performance tonight.
The FanDuel stack selection is going to mirror the DraftKings stack selection in theory. The Twins are the 6th highest rated stack in our MLB DFS Study Hub for FanDuel. We’re projecting them to be the 5th highest owned stack, just like the White Sox in the DK section.
Minnesota has won four straight games and I’m looking for that streak to continue. They’ve averaged 6.5 runs during that stretch. Hopefully they can drop another six to eight runs tonight.
MLB DFS Picks Top Stack – Boston Red Sox, BOS vs MIA, O/U 9
Here I go again. Picking the Red Sox to be my top stack. I just always seem to like how they pop in our MLB DFS Study Hubs.
Boston comes in as the 7th best stack in our Study Hubs for DraftKings and FanDuel. There are 24 teams on the slate so they’re in the top third of teams for tonight. We’re projecting them to be 4th highest owned stack on DK and the 8th highest owned stack on FD. That makes the BoSox more attractive on FanDuel but I like them for either site.
The MLB DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our MLB DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member the core players they would build their Cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These MLB DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their MLB DFS Lineups.
The MLB Strategy Notebook gives our staff a place to write notes specific to each slate for members to read regarding strategy for each slate. They will mention which stacks they are targeting, which players make more sense for GPP formats over Cash formats and other lineup building tidbits!
The MLB DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate-winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy baseball roster construction.
The MLB Stacks will display the top stacks of the day using the data from the MLB Study Hub! This will display what teams project the best, which will be higher owned, and a player-by-player breakdown to show which players could be going overlooked.
