MLB DFS has a 14-game main slate on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. The main slate begins at 7:05 PM EST/4:05 PM PST.
These are the early morning Top 5 MLB DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the MLB DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall MLB DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
Rogers is the highest rated pitcher in the Team Rise or Fall MLB DFS Study Hub for DraftKings. He comes into today’s action with a 30% strike out rate and a 10% walk rate. Vegas is projecting a pitcher’s duel and I’m with them today.
To make things even better for us, the Marlins have won three straight games while the Brewers have lost five straight games. Let’s kick a team while they’re down and load up on Rogers.
The Blue Jays wrapped up smashing the Oakland A’s pitching staff and now they’re moving on to Houston. The Blue Jays are averaging seven runs per game over their last seven outings. They’re ripping the cover off of the ball and I see no reason for that to stop tonight. If they can go off in a pitcher friendly park like Oakland then they can really do some damage in Houston.
Morton and the Braves have won three straight games and take on the equally hot Phillies who have won four straight games themselves. I’m still riding with Morton to throw a nice game today.
Morton sports a 29.2% Strike out rate and a 7.9% walk rate. Hopefully Morton goes seven innings and racks up the strike outs in the process.
The Mariners are the second highest rated stack while being projected to be the 10th highest owned stack in our MLB DFS Study Hub for FanDuel. Texas enters tonight’s contest with a three-game winning streak. I can see a bit of a slugfest as these two offenses battle in the Texas weather.
MLB DFS Lineup Winning Pick – Houston Astros, HOU vs TOR O/U 9
The Astros are the top rated stack in our MLB DFS Study Hubs for DraftKings and FanDuel. I like Toronto stacks on DK so I’ll probably have both sides stacked up on DraftKings. I’m not a fan of game stacks in MLB but this is a tempting situation.
We’re projecting the Astros stack to be the second most popular stack on both sites. I’m always in favor of a high-rated, low owned stack. Let’s get some Houston bats in our lineups and hopefully climb the leaderboards.
The MLB DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our MLB DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member the core players they would build their Cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These MLB DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their MLB DFS Lineups.
The MLB Strategy Notebook gives our staff a place to write notes specific to each slate for members to read regarding strategy for each slate. They will mention which stacks they are targeting, which players make more sense for GPP formats over Cash formats and other lineup building tidbits!
The MLB DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate-winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy baseball roster construction.
The MLB Stacks will display the top stacks of the day using the data from the MLB Study Hub! This will display what teams project the best, which will be higher owned, and a player-by-player breakdown to show which players could be going overlooked.
