NBA DFS Picks Notable Vegas Totals

Golden State Warriors @ San Antonio Spurs O/U 232.5

The Warriors are led into tonight’s game against the Spurs by Steph Curry ($10.3k DraftKings / $10.1k FanDuel). He’s coming off a 75-points DraftKings / 69.9-point FanDuel outing on Saturday. I love the idea of going overweight on him tournaments since this is a large slate with numerous studs that should allow for leverage. Draymond Green ($6.8k / $7.3k) has seen a price increase with his ramp up in production. Green only scored 2 real points last game but filled the stat sheet everywhere else.

The Spurs are slowly getting healthy but should be without LaMarcus Aldridge and Lonnie Walker Jr. The offense should revolve around DeMar DeRozan ($7.7k / $8.1k) tonight. DeRozan has scored 30 real life points in three of his last five games, while averaging 7.7 assists in those games. Keldon Johnson ($5.8k / $5.3k) has disappointed over his last two games and has seen his price drop more so on FanDuel than on DraftKings. I think Johnson is a nice value play on FanDuel.

Milwaukee Bucks @ Denver Nuggets O/U 233.5

This is going to be a good battle between two good fantasy scoring teams in Denver tonight. The visiting Bucks are led by reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo ($10.9k / $11.2k). Giannis has been a bit of a letdown fantasy wise because of his team’s ability to blow teams out. The blowouts severely limit the Greek Freak’s upside. However, tonight may be a different story. The Nuggets have proven to be a formidable team and if they can keep it close Giannis, along with Jrue Holiday ($7.7k / $8.2k) and Khris Middleton ($7.5k / $7.2k) should be in for a good fantasy night.

Nikola Jokic ($11.1k / $11.6k) is uber expensive after putting up 88.5 DK / 88.6 FD points up against Sacramento on Saturday. Jamal Murray ($7k / $7.5) did miss that game with a knee injury and is questionable for tonight’s game. Jokic would be inline for another huge workload should Murray miss the game tonight. There are a few other pieces that interest me such as, Will Barton ($5.5k / $4.8k) or Michael Porter Jr ($6.1k / $5.2k), but not enough to call them must plays.

NBA DFS Pace Up Picks

Washington Wizards @ Chicago Bulls

Washington Pace Rating – 1st / 106.1

Chicago Pace Rating – 3rd / 104.9

A fast-paced game with two teams that don’t really play defense. I wouldn’t fault you at all for game-stacking and praying for the best outcome.

The Wizards are on the backend of a back-to-back so we’ll want to monitor the status of Russell Westbrook ($8.6k / $9.7k), just know that he’s a better value on DraftKings than FanDuel. That same statement would apply to Bradley Beal ($9k / $10.8k)

Zach Lavine ($8.9k / $8.8k) is the primary scorer for the Bulls and should see all the shots he can get with Lauri Markkanen out Thad Young ($6.7k / $7.2k) should see an uptick in usage as well.

NBA DFS Key Injury News

Probable: LeBron James,

Questionable: Anthony Davis, Jamal Murray, Eric Paschall, Jauncho Hernangomez,

Out: John Wall, Eric Gordon, Russell Westbrook, Devante Graham, Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter Jr, Wendell Carter Jr, James Wiseman, Kevin Looney, Christian Wood, Brandon Clarke,

NBA DFS Early Picks

Kyle Kuzma – Anthony Davis is expected to be out which should put Kuzma in the starting lineup. A good way to have exposure to the late hammer.

DeAngelo Russell – Steph had two big games against the Mavericks, Russell isn’t at Steph’s level but can score in bunches. The Wolves are short handed which should lead to more opportunity for Russell.

DeMarcus Cousins – Christian Wood is out, by this point in the season we should know the drill.

This is my early look, as news changes throughout the day make sure to check in later and look into our coach’s NBA Building Blocks to help build your lineups!
