NBA DFS has 10 game slates on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. These are the early morning Top 5 NBA DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the NBA DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall NBA DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
The Beard gets to go against his former team but this time it’ll be in his new home at the Barclays Center. He faced Houston at the beginning of this month and scored 73 DraftKings points. Harden has been on an absolute tear the month of March without Kyrie Irving for stretches and Kevin Durant being out since the All-Star break.
Over Harden’s last five games he’s averaging 39 minutes a game, 30.4 points, 11 assists, and 8.2 rebounds. On a site like DraftKings where you get bonus points for double-doubles and triple-doubles, Harden is my preferred stud with a high floor.
Jusuf Nurkic is back from an extended absence due to a broken wrist. He has two games under his belt playing 19 minutes in both games and scoring 20.5 and 23.5 DraftKings points. I’m sure it’ll take a few days to get his lungs and legs under him since the last time he played before those two games were in January but at $5,300 I don’t think this is an opportunity to pass up.
I don’t see Mason Plumlee or Isaiah Stewart being able to stop Portland’s big man and with Vegas not expecting this game to be too close (Portland -7.5) I can Nurkic getting a little extra run to get back into game shape.
Luka Doncic falls on my list here because of the lull he’s been in. For the better part of the last week, he’s been somewhat of a disappointment not meeting value on his NBA DFS salary. Tonight, he’s the highest projected scorer in the NBA Study Hub. He’ll face a Boston Celtics team that is middle of the pack defending point guards.
Doncic’s usage rate is among the highest out of all point guards in the league. Over his last five games, that usage rate is slightly above 37%. He also sports a modest 41% chance to hit 5x his NBA DFS salary according to the Simulation Model in the NBA Study Hub.
De’Aaron Fox is priced up to the point where he is no longer a value. I do want exposure to these young Kings and I want to do it with the rookie Haliburton. This game has the highest implied Vegas total on the slate so you are going to definitely want some exposure.
Haliburton is averaging 34.12 minutes over his last five games while scoring .89 fantasy points per minute. While he isn’t necessarily a cash game lock for me, I do like the fact that he will provide a nice value at $5,600 while giving us exposure to this game.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Greek Freak, has looked ordinary since injuring his knee in the middle of this month. The knee injury wasn’t considered anything major and he only missed one game but we haven’t seen Giannis put up the monster numbers we were accustomed to seeing. Over his last three games, we can see his minutes dipped to around 31 minutes per game while scoring 36.63 FanDuel / 38.16 DraftKings points in that time frame.
I like him tonight against a Lakers team that has no one to stop him. The only cause for concern here would be the Lakers’ inability to keep the game close. I personally do not like to use blowouts as a cause to fade a player. I’m in the opinion that if this game becomes a blowout it’s most likely because Giannis put up monster numbers.

The NBA DFS GPP Pivots is for those chasing glory in DFS tournaments on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The goal here for our staff is to identify a GPP pivot, often a price point pivot away from a chalky player, that could potentially break the slate and win you a tournament. Have you ever seen the guy that is lower-owned and went nuclear in tournaments and you think to yourself, “I should have pivoted to him?”. Our goal is to identify those GPP Pivots.
The NBA DFS Picks Rankings will be a staple to your daily fantasy basketball research. This list of players is compiled by a staff member while they are making a player pool for DraftKings and FanDuel. These players then get ranked in the form of Tiered Rankings, which you often see in Fantasy Basketball or Fantasy Football. These Tiered Rankings will help you identify the value in both NBA DFS Cash Games and NBA DFS GPP’s as it shows you who they value more at each position than other players.
The NBA DFS Picks and Pools for Cash Games is clutch for anybody who wants to play those on either FanDuel or DraftKings. These are identified in the Tiered Rankings and player notes. This small list of players gives you a road map to putting together an NBA DFS Lineup each and every night.
The NBA DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy basketball roster construction.
In the NBA DFS Picks Rankings, there is a section for strategy and player notes. These are written up in the form of analysis for the player and best use of the player for DFS. In addition to the notes, being a part of the Rise or Fall Discord Chat is a fantastic way to discuss Draftkings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft with both members and staff. Everyone is in there picking each other’s brains all day long and enjoying DFS together.
