5 FREE FanDuel and DraftKings NBA DFS Picks 4/27

NBA DFS has six games on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. These are the early morning Top 5 NBA DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the NBA DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall NBA DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.

Top 5 NBA DFS Picks: DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks

DraftKings NBA DFS Target – Kevin Durant, PF, BKN @ TOR, O/U 232

Durant is underpriced on DraftKings. He has missed quite a few games down the stretch and in his last game he came off the bench and yet still managed to play 28 minutes. The Nets have a one-game lead over the 76ers for the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference. I expect to see Durant get more minutes tonight as the Nets get him into a rhythm in preparation for the playoffs and to maintain the top spot in the east.

DraftKings NBA DFS Target – Evan Fournier, SG/SG, BOS vs OKC, O/U 215

I like the salary savings of Evan Fournier tonight. I know he’s been a bit of a disappointment in terms of production since being traded to Boston, but the Celtics are missing two key pieces tonight – Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker. The Celtics need to keep winning to stay out of the play-in tournament and without two high-usage players on the court Fournier should get ample opportunity to shine tonight.

FanDuel NBA DFS Target – Stephen Curry, PG, GSW vs DAL, O/U 221.5

Steph is a man possessed. He’s basically put the Warriors on his back and is carrying the Dubs into the playoffs, or at least the play-in tournament. Curry is second in the league in scoring at 31.3 points per game, trailing on Bradley Beal. His historic run of consecutive 30+ points games came to end about a week ago but since then he’s started a new streak scoring over 30 points in his last two outings. I don’t expect anything different tonight.

FanDuel NBA DFS Target – Jaylen Brown, SF, BOS vs OKC, O/U 215

Jaylen Brown is in a similar situation as Evan Fournier, except Brown is going to get to be the main man tonight in Boston. He’s putting up career-best numbers this season averaging 34.2 minutes, 24.4 points, 5.8 boards, 3.4 assists, and a combined 1.7 steals and blocks per game. In six games this season without Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker, Brown has an elite usage rate of 36.6%. He’ll be popular tonight, but I think it’s good chalk.

NBA DFS Lineup Winning Pick – Draymond Green, PF/C, GSW vs DAL, O/U 221.5

Draymond Green is my favorite tournament play of the night. I know he isn’t a high-scoring real points kind of guy but he makes the Warriors’ offense and defense go round. When the Warriors are at the top of their game it’s because he facilitates so much. You’ll probably see a stat line of something like 4/12/15 with a few blocks and steals but if Draymond can score in double figures it just sweetens the deal. The Warriors are battling for a playoff spot and Curry can’t do it alone. They’ll need Draymond to be the Pippen to Curry’s Jordan.

NBA DFS Core Builds (Building Blocks)

The NBA DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our NBA DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member identifies the core players they would build their cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These NBA DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their NBA DFS Lineups.

NBA DFS GPP Pivots (Slate Breakers)

The NBA DFS GPP Pivots is for those chasing glory in DFS tournaments on both DraftKings and FanDuel. The goal here for our staff is to identify a GPP pivot, often a price point pivot away from a chalky player, that could potentially break the slate and win you a tournament. Have you ever seen the guy that is lower-owned and went nuclear in tournaments and you think to yourself, “I should have pivoted to him?”. Our goal is to identify those GPP Pivots.

NBA DFS Picks Rankings

The NBA DFS Picks Rankings will be a staple to your daily fantasy basketball research. This list of players is compiled by a staff member while they are making a player pool for DraftKings and FanDuel. These players then get ranked in the form of Tiered Rankings, which you often see in Fantasy Basketball or Fantasy Football. These Tiered Rankings will help you identify the value in both NBA DFS Cash Games and NBA DFS GPP’s as it shows you who they value more at each position than other players.

NBA DFS Picks and Pools (Cash Games)

The NBA DFS Picks and Pools for Cash Games is clutch for anybody who wants to play those on either FanDuel or DraftKings. These are identified in the Tiered Rankings and player notes. This small list of players gives you a road map to putting together an NBA DFS Lineup each and every night.

NBA DFS Picks and Pools (GPP Priority Picks)

The NBA DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy basketball roster construction.

NBA DFS Strategy and Player Notes

In the NBA DFS Picks Rankings, there is a section for strategy and player notes. These are written up in the form of analysis for the player and best use of the player for DFS. In addition to the notes, being a part of the Rise or Fall Discord Chat is a fantastic way to discuss Draftkings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft with both members and staff. Everyone is in there picking each other’s brains all day long and enjoying DFS together.
