NBA DFS has seven game slates on DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. These are the early morning Top 5 NBA DFS Picks for DraftKings and Fanduel. Be sure to dive into the NBA DFS Rankings, Cash Picks, and Player Pool or the GPP Picks and Player Pool afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall NBA DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
It looks like another opportunity to roster Russell Westbrook without Bradley Beal. Beal who has missed several games with a hip injury is considered a game-time decision but let’s be real. The Wizards aren’t contending for a playoff spot so why rush Beal back. This should equate to daily fantasy gold for Russell Westbrook. We’ve seen him have some monster outings in Beal’s absence and there’s no reason to think tonight will be any different.
Over Westbrooks last 5 games he’s averaging a triple-double – 23.6 points, 14.6 rebounds, and 12.4 assists. I know the Wizards are a terrible real-life team but let’s just enjoy Westbrook’s fantasy production while we can.
According to reports this morning Justin Jackson is going to be bought out by the Thunder further thinning out their already thin roster. On the shelf, tonight due to injury is Mike Muscala, Isaiah Roby, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. You’re going to want to keep an eye on the status of Lu Dort and Darius Bazley as well as they are game-time decisions. Who does this leave for the Thunder? Theo Maledon, that’s who.
It’s not a flashy play by any stretch but he’s the team’s primary ball-handler who is going to see approximately 30 minutes a game, take 13+ shots, and run the offense at $5,600 on DraftKings.
This play is going to be based on the status of Kyle Lowry and Fred Van Vleet, both of which are dealing with injuries. He’ll benefit from facing a Wizards team that plays fast and plays no defense. Matchup-wise, no one on Washington can match his athleticism, and should Lowry and Van Vleet miss the game they’re usage should in theory be soaked up by Siakam.
Siakam is regularly playing more than 35 minutes a game, averaging over 20 points and 7.4 rebounds. He is someone that I’ll be locking in depending on how news breaks later today.
We’re going back to OKC with their breakout center Moses Brown. Now that he’s given the opportunity to play he is shining. That opportunity didn’t come until the second week of March but the kid is taking advantage of it.
Since being inserted into the starting lineup Brown is averaging a double-double (12.5 points and 12 rebounds) while racking up the coveted steals and blocks (.8 and 1.5 respectively) which on a site like FanDuel can completely break a slate
My favorite GPP play of the night goes to Julius Randle. We’ve abused big men against Brooklyn all season long and even though they’ve signed Blake Griffin and LaMarcus Aldridge I have no concern that they can stop Randle.
In reviewing the NBA Study Hub we can see Randle is playing more than 37 minutes a game over his last seven games. In his last three games, his usage is north of 32% which is the highest of any power forward on the slate. He’s also dropped 60 burgers on both FanDuel and DraftKings the last time he faced the Nets.

Have you ever seen the guy that is lower-owned and went nuclear in tournaments and you think to yourself, “I should have pivoted to him?”. Our goal is to identify those GPP Pivots.
