NBA DFS Picks Notable Vegas Totals

Indiana Pacers @ Brooklyn Nets O/U 235

The Pacers are in a great spot tonight going against a struggling Nets team. Over the last few games we’ve seen how much Brooklyn has struggled with big men. Domantas Sabonis ($8.6k DraftKings / $9.3 FanDuel) and Myles Turner ($6k / $6.8k) are in a great spot tonight and will garner high ownership because of it. I believe Malcolm Brogdon ($7.4 / $7.2k) is a great way to leverage the two big men’s ownership seeing as everyone will jump on that bandwagon.

Brooklyn is on the back end of a back-to-back after falling to the Pistons on Tuesday night. They will again be without Kevin Durant which will put the load on James Harden ($10.4 / $10.6k) and Kyrie Irving ($9.1k / $9.5k). Irving and Harden played 35 and 39 minutes respectively. They will have to do that again tonight in order to stay competitive and will need someone else to step up and help support. Joe Harris ($6k / $5.1k) playing 34 minutes and only scoring 6 real life points isn’t the support they need.

Atlanta Hawks @ Dallas Mavericks O/U 232.5

The Hawks have been bitten a bit by some injuries to a few key role players (De’Andre Hunter, Bogdan Bofdanovic, Rajon Rondo) but still have their main pieces in place. Trae Young ($9.9k / $10.1k) is rounding into form, scoring over 50 DraftKings points in four of his last five games. Clint Capela ($8.6k / $8.3k) is always a double-double threat and should provide one of the safer floors at the center position in this high scoring matchup.

NBA DFS Pace Up Picks

Toronto Raptors @ Washington Wizards

Toronto Pace Rating: 102.5 – 10th

Washington Pace Rating: 106 – 1st

The Raptors are in a nice pace up spot against a struggling Wizards team that plays fast with no defense. Fred Van Vleet ($8.6k / $9.3k) has seen an offensive explosion over the last week and his price reflects it on both sites. Norman Powell ($6.8k / $6.3) has also been superb but has seen his price increase to his ceiling. Kyle Lowry ($7.3k / $7.6k) is also in play for me as I want to roster players that handle the ball in fast paced matchups.

The Wizards are a known commodity at this point in the season. It starts with Russell Westbrook ($8.4k / $9.7k) and Bradley Beal ($9.3k / $10.6k). The team’s primary usage will come from these two studs. I also been roster Rui Hachimura ($5.5k / $5.3k) as a way to get access to this fast-paced team.

NBA DFS Key Injury News

Probable: Chris Paul, Jae Crowder, LeBron James, Anthony Davis,

Questionable: OG Anunoby,

Out: De’Andre Hunter, Rajon Rondo, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Kevin Durant, Devonte Graham, Brandon Clarke, Wendell Carter Jr, Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter Jr, Kevin Love, Jrue Holiday,

NBA DFS Early Picks

Giannis Antetokounmpo – The Greek Freak is without Jrue Holidayso it should put the ball in his hands even more. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Khris Middleton have another good game either.

Rui Hachimura – He’s finally looking healthy and is looking like a solid value play in a game with a high total and fast pace

Zion Williamson – He got into foul trouble early last game but without Wendell Carter Jr and Lauri Markkanen there are no big men to keep up with his brute force.

This is my early look, as news changes throughout the day make sure to check in later and look into our coach’s NBA DFS Building Blocks to help build your lineups!
