Cooper Kupp LAR vs. ARZ(16th)(FD-$9,200)(DK-$9,000)(Y!-$39)
To some folk’s dismay, Cooper has been phenomenal all season while leading the league with 11.6 targets a game. Kupp is also one of just four receivers averaging, at least, 100 receiving yards a game. Here’s hoping with the help of Cooper, the Rams and Matthew Stafford can jump start this offense somehow. Twelve targets, ten receptions, and over a hundred yards for Coop.
Gabriel Davis BUF vs. MIN(26th)(FD-$6,500)(DK-$6,400)(Y!-$17)
Gabe, Gabe, Gabe where do we go from here? After being held down and basically off stat sheets the last two weeks he is in a good spot. The Minnesota secondary is allowing the fifth most points per game to wide outs. Good match-up or not I have heard several folks who are leery and worried about Josh Allen and even Stephon Diggs based on the UCL injury. Last word was that Allen did not practice on Friday and it’s looking more and more like Case Keenum will be the Bills starting QB on Sunday. That opens a whole other narrative with Case and the Vikes and a revenge game. Again, Week 10 is whacked out.
Jerry Jeudy DEN @ TEN(29th)(FD-$6,400)(DK-$5,700)(Y!-$18)
Not kidding when I tell you that for a week or so I totally forgot Jerry Jeudy existed. Sounds harsh but the Denver Broncos offense has been stagnant and dull. Unfortunately, it is very forgettable. That could all change, this week, in Nashville! Come to find out Jerry has registered at least 53, or more, yards in five straight games. To boot, the Titans defense ranks 29th in defending opposing WRs and is allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to WR. The only problem is the fact it’s not a secret anymore. Regardless, I have Jeudy around eight targets, five receptions, 75 yards, and a touchdown on Sunday.
Darnell Mooney CHI vs. DET(27th)(FD-$6,200)(DK-$5,500)(Y!-$17)
As Justin Fields goes, so will the Chicago Bears. Mooney snagged seven of eight targets last week for 42 yards but finally his first touchdown of the year! With Chase Claypool getting more acclimated to this offense that only excites me more for Darnell. With this Chicago coaching staff finally using Cole Kmet in interesting ways that only raises my interest in Darnell. I do believe the Chicago Bears catch fire and go on a run. Plus, I’d rather be early than late on it all in my DFS entries.
Chase Claypool CHI vs. DET(27th)(FD-$5,800)(DK-$4,800)(Y!-$15)
Have you ever thought about something so much that you wind up having conversations with yourself about it? Even more so, then thinking you talked to someone else about it? That is me with Chase Claypool this week. The idea of Chase running go-routes while Mooney roams in the 20+ yard range as Kmet camps in the intermediate section makes me tingle. We can absolutely stack up both WRs and not even think twice about it.
Donovan Peoples-Jones CLE @ MI(22nd)(FD-$5,700)(DK-$4,300)(Y!-$15)
Simple thought process here with DPJ and the Browns. The current over/under sits at 49 points and I do love the over. Therefore, makes sense we pick players to use or just stack the whole thing! The knock on DPJ is not enough targets. Also, the entire offense literally runs through Nick Chubb. If the Dolphins do as expected Brissett and company, we must keep pace. Donovan has put together a respectable yardage total so far this year but it’s time for more.
Marvin Jones Jr. JAX @ KC(30th)(FD-$5,400)(DK-$4,300)(Y!-$13)
Marvin Jones Jr. JAX @ KC(30th)(FD-$5,400)(DK-$4,300)(Y!-$13)
Mr. Steady Eddy does his job and goes home. Most reputable fantasy sports sites will call Jones Jr. inconsistent and/or hit and miss but to that I say, false. We can still use Marvin in some spots. If our ears don’t perk up with a DvP match-up like this, then we’re missing the point. This thought just occurred to me. I have heard folks say out loud that no way do they want stack players against this Kansas City offense. Wait, the Chiefs offense? Pat Mahomes and Andy Reid have been so good that their offensive players are scaring away folks from DFS formats. Of all the games on the main slate this one, to me, has the highest combined point total. Therefore, we should explode all player combos and full game stack ideas. I have Marvin boosted with higher-than-normal statistics at six targets, five receptions, and about 60 yards.
