DraftKings NFL Division Round Strategy Guide 1-16 & 1-17

Welcome to the Team Rise or Fall DraftKings NFL Divisional Round Strategy Guide. I’ll be giving an overview of some of my favorite plays from the Saturday and Sunday slates. I want to urge you to use caution as two-game slates can be extremely volatile, manage your bankroll wisely.
Remember, in our cash games I’m not looking for a 2% owned play that no one else is on. I want high floor plays, receivers who are getting 7+ targets, and running backs who rack up the touches (carries and receptions). Remember we need to best half the field, not everyone.
In tournaments, we want to seek out correlation. I want to stack my quarterback with one, even two pass catchers and to run it back with a receiver on the opposing team. It is here where we can run out that 2% owned play in hopes of shooting to the top of the leaderboards and taking down a big one.

SATURDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS CASH GAMES
Devin Singletary
The Bills lost rookie running back Zach Moss to injury last week for the remainder of the postseason. This makes Singletary a lock for me in cash for the Saturday slate. He has the highest projection in the NFL Study Hub and will get a nice workload against a Ravens defense that struggles against the run. He’ll also be involved in passing game which is very important given DraftKings is a PPR site.
SATURDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS TOURNAMENTS
Lamar Jackson
Lamar always has the potential to break a slate. The floor he provides because of this running ability is second to none. He projects as the highest-rated and highest-scoring quarterback in the NFL Study Hub. Lamar finally seems to be finding his grove and not at a better time.
SATURDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS STACK
Quarteback: Lamar Jackson
Wide Receiver: Marquise Brown
Opposing Wide Receiver: Stefon Diggs
This is going to be the matchup to watch on the Saturday slate. Lamar provides a nice rushing floor that the other quarterbacks on the slate won’t have. His speed receiver, Hollywood Brown, looked great last week bringing 7 catches and hitting the 100-yard bonus. Stefon Diggs will most likely be shadowed by Marcus Peters. However, this won’t deter me from Diggs.
SUNDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS CASH GAMES
Patrick Mahomes
Mahomes is the class of the Sunday slate. He Projects as the highest-rated and projected quarterback in the NFL Study Hub. The Chiefs have the highest implied game total on the Sunday slate and we know it those points aren’t coming from the running game. Fire him up with confidence.
SUNDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS TOURNAMENTS
Baker Mayfield
Baker isn’t the most enticing quarterback on the slate, the same as last weekend, but the fact that we can get exposure to the game with the highest implied total. The Chiefs defense isn’t elite and if the Chiefs jump out to an early lead it will force Baker to throw to keep the game competitive.
SUNDAY DIVISIONAL ROUND DRAFTKINGS STACK
Quarterback: Patrick Mahomes
Tight End: Travis Kelce
Opposing Wide Receiver: Jarvis Landry
We know exactly what to expect from the best quarterback in the league. If the Browns are not able to get pressure on him, he’ll pick them apart and have himself a typical performance. I’m opting to skip Tyreek Hill and plugin tight end Travis Kelce. Kelce’s floor is higher than Hill and since DraftKings is a PPR site his ceiling is the same. I’ll be running back my Chiefs stack with Jarvis Landry. Landry saw 8 targets last week in a blowout win against the Steelers, in this game flow I would expect that to be his target floor.
Good luck!
