FanDuel Week 1 NFL DFS Value Picks
The most loveable longshot…
Jared Goff
As I said in my DK write-up… Jared Goff and the Lions always seem to get a bad rap, however, looking at the data, at $6.8 Goff looks great as far as FanDuel Week 1 NFL DFS Value Picks go. He has some new weapons in his offense and appears to have stepped up his own game. Projected to bring 16 fantasy points to your lineup, it’s hard not to like him. It should also be noted that he’s been averaging around 19 fantasy points per game, so he’s likely to surpass his week one projections.
Consistency could pay off…
Jakobi Meyers
In looking at the data provided by the exclusive Team Rise or Fall StudyHub… Jakobi Meyers looks great on paper as one of our Week 1 NFL DFS Value Picks. Priced at $5.5 and projected to make around 9 fantasy points doesn’t seem like a smashing situation. If we look a little deeper though, these could be conservative projections. Last season, Meyers played 94% of snaps and averaged 10.4 fantasy points.
Looking for an inexpensive RB option?
Chris Olave
Borrowing some insight from DFS Pro and fellow Team Rise or Fall contributor, Detroit Beastie, Chris Olave is likely underpriced for the value he’s been hyped up to bring. Is it all really just hype though? Olave is one of the more talented of the new rookie class. He’s speedy, runs the routes like a seasoned pro, and is a really great fit for the Saints offense. His $5K price tag doesn’t hurt either.
