Hey! It’s 2-22-22! How many of you are getting married today? Any engagements? Or just a tattoo after a few drinks? Regardless of your plans today I hope they all work out!

We have a beautiful six-game slate this evening and the first puck drops at 7p EST. Here’s how they are broken down between both DFS sites.

FANDUEL                              DRAFTKINGS

Main 7p EST(6)                          Main 7p EST(6)
After Hours 10p EST(2)             Late 10p EST(2)

MINNESOTA WILD at Ottawa Senators 7p EST

Ryan Hartman L1 & PP1 (FD-$5,900)(DK-$6,800)
Krill Kaprizov L1 & PP1 (FD-$8,800)(DK-$8,700)
Mats Zuccarello L1 & PP1 (FD-$7,700)(DK-$6,500)

The Minnesota Wild remain on the road and head to Ottawa on Tuesday to take on the Senators. The Wild are 31-13-3 on the season and sit 2nd in the Central Division. Minnesota has won seven of their last ten games and scored 7 goals on Sunday!

The Wild have scored 7 goals in each of their last two games. Ottawa is allowing more than 3 goals per game while the Wild are averaging more than 3.80 goals per game. Do the math here! Minnesota wins big in this one. Final score 6-2.

ONE-OFF ALERT! Kevin Fiala (FD-$6,200)(DK-$5,700)

Last time out, Sunday, Kevin scored twice and added an assist. Ride the streaks with NHL DFS!

FLORIDA PANTHERS vs. Nashville Predators 7p EST

Aleksander Barkov L1 & PP1 (FD-$9,000)(DK-$8,300)
Anthony Duclair L1 & PP1 (FD-$5,900)(DK-$4,800)
Carter Verhaeghe L1 & PP1 (FD-$5,500)(DK-$4,100)

Florida has been running hot and is one of the best offenses in the NHL this season averaging 4.1 two goals per game on 36.2 shots. Alexsander Barkov leads the Panther’s offense with 23 goals on 121 shots!

Offensively this season the Preds have been averaging around 3.04 goals per game on 29.4 total shots as a team. Some may wince while others may pass on Florida because Nashville will fight back! That’s exactly why I love this one! This game, to me, is completely stackable from start to finish. Two combinations that fit are FLA1/NSH2 along with FLA2/NSH1.

Fireworks should ensue but Florida wins here 4-3.

ANAHEIM MIGHTY DUCKS vs. San Jose Sharks 10p EST

Trevor Zegras L1 & PP1 (FD-$6,000)(DK-$7,100)
Adam Henrique L1 & PP2 (FD-$5,300)(DK-$5,100)
Jakob Silfverberg L1 & PP2 (FD-$4,700)(DK-$3,600)

Let me be honest here, these two teams dislike each other, very much! When I think of hockey rivalries Anaheim and San Jose do not come to mind. More about Detroit against Colorado. Or the Flyers against Pittsburgh. Regardless, the puck drop in Anaheim is at 10p EST and will be one of the two total After Hours games this evening. Anaheim comes into this game with a record of 24-19-9 and has lost four out of their last five games. Also, the only victory for Anaheim in its last five games came on the road against the Vancouver Canucks by the score of 7–4. Not a glowing review for a team I am telling you to stack but fingers crossed that seven-goal performance on Saturday has knocked something loose!

ONE-OFF ALERT! Troy Terry (FD-$6,400)(DK-$5,500)

Troy Terry is leading the Ducks in points with 44 and is also the team leader in goals with 26, seven of those having come on the power play. Along with 108 shots on goal this season. Troy Terry is also leading the team with 18 assists. Would not fault you for mixing and matching up all four skaters tonight!

Jamie Drysdale ANA vs. SJ(FD-$4,100)(DK-$4,300)

Jamie has logged three power-play assists in the last four games. He has accumulated 22 points, 78 shots, and 51 blocked shots in 52 total games this season. Could we Jamie with the Gordie Howe hat trick tonight? Meaning, a goal, assist, and a fight!

Hampus Lindholm ANA vs. SJ(FD-$4,200)(DK-$5,100)

Hampus will continue to skate in a rock-solid two-way fashion in a top-four role. Lindholm has also blocked 69 shots and recorded 97 shots on goal. My favorite combination for a defenseman!

Jonas Brodin MIN @ OTT(FD-$5,300)(DK-$4,400)

When I build my NHL stacks the defensemen portion is normally the last spot, I fill based on money left over. In doing so, I try and stack up skaters who rack up all those secondary numbers. Meaning blocked shots and shots on goal. Jonas has 69 SOG and 71 total blocked shots this season. Brodin has a safe floor and will rarely give you a goose egg.

Gustav Forsling FLA vs. NSH(FD-$4,000)(DK-$2,900)

I am sorry I couldn’t bring this to your attention sooner, but Gustav is breaking out before our very eyes. In terms of this evening, we can expect 20+ minutes of ice time and his +/- rating of 23 goes to show you this kid is on the ice when good things are happening!

Ilya Sorokin NYI @ SEA(FD-$7,600)(DK-$7,800)

Ilya has been up and down as of late but takes solace in the fact that on Sunday he turned away 25 shots in an OT loss.

Ville Husson STL @ PHI(FD-$8,000)(DK-$8,000)

Ville has righted the ship his last three or four times in net. However, on Saturday Husso saved 34 shots in a St. Louis Blues win.
