How many of you are planners? I have always been envious of people who keep a schedule with a detailed list of appointments. I, for one, am not a planner. Well, I never was, until this whole writing and the broadcasting thing took off.
Instead of planning, I do the exact opposite, procrastinate. To be fair there has never really been a negative consequence for my procrastination. When I was in college my biggest claim to fame was putting off all my big writing assignments and hammering them out the night before. That idea doesn’t fly here in the world of daily fantasy sports! There is a definite shelf life on everything we do.
Aside from all the friendships, conversations, and profits made with DFS, it has given me scheduling ideas and most importantly turned me into a planner! Who would’ve thought?
Let’s take a quick look at three separate lines we should stack tonight!

The NBA Study Hub and cheat sheets are compatible for all DFS formats!

LOS ANGELES KINGS L1 at Anaheim Mighty Ducks
Anze Kopitar L1 & PP1(FD-$6,700)(DK-$6,200)
Adrian Kempe L1 & PP1(FD-$5,500)(DK-$5,600)
Alex Iaffalo L1 & PP1(FD-$5,700)(DK-$5,400)
The Kings look for their fourth consecutive victory in Anaheim on Friday. Los Angeles is 27-17-7 with 61 points. The Kings are third in the Pacific Division one point behind the second-place Vegas Golden Knights and five points behind the first-place Calgary Flames, who flamed out last night!
Adrian Kempe is the leading goal scorer for LA with 23, while Anze Kopitar is the leader in assists with 33 and points with 47. The Kings are scoring an average of 2.90 goals per game and allowing, on average, 2.70 goals per game. The Kings’ power play has scored around 16% of the time.
Anaheim is allowing an average of 2.70 goals per game but over their last five contests, the Ducks have allowed, an average, 4.90 goals per game. No-brainer here to stack LA1 seeing how we get full strength ice time AND first power-play unit ice time!
The Kings grab the win in ANA 5-1!
VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS L1 at Arizona Coyotes
Jack Eichel L1 & PP1(FD-$5,800)(DK-$7,000)
Chandler Stephenson L1 & PP1(FD-$5,100)(DK-$7,000)
Max Pacioretty L1 & PP1(FD-$9,400)(DK-$3,700)
The Vegas Golden Knights continue their road trip Friday and skate into Arizona. The Golden Knights are 29-18-4 on the season and rank in 2nd place in the Pacific Division. Vegas hasn’t played since Monday beating San Jose 4-1 in the shark tank. However, the Golden Knights had four different goal scorers in that game! The definition of spreading the wealth!
The Vegas Knights are 15-7-1 on-road record on the season. The Golden Knights are averaging around 34.2 shots per game which ranks 9th best in the NHL. Arizona is Arizona and they have struggled all season at home.
Vegas takes this one in Arizona with a final score of LVK 5-1!
ST. LOUIS BLUES L2 vs. Buffalo Sabers
Brayden Schenn L2 & PP1(FD-$6,100)(DK-$4,100)
Pavel Buchenvich L2 & PP2(FD-$7,200)(DK-$6,400)
Vladimir Tarasenko L2 & PP1(FD-$8,500)(DK-$7,300)
The Buffalo Sabers stay on the road tonight traveling to Missouri to take on the Saint Louis Blues. Buffalo is 16-28-8 on the year and is amid a four-game losing streak having been shut out 4-0 to Montreal last time out.
The Blues head home Friday night playing very well! Having won of four their last five games! Surprisingly, Jordan Bennington was outstanding in goal for Saint Louis on Tuesday including a .962 save percentage after turning away 25 of 26 shots.
Look for the Blues to keep it rolling here tonight at home. St. Louis wins 4-1!
