We all have bad days. Bad days are also different from person to person. To some, a bad day could be waking up early. To others, it could be getting arrested. Very dramatic of me but I’ve painted a picture. I have also made you think, right? You just went back to the last bad day you had. It can always be worse!

I used to really think having a bad day was just part of being a human being. It wasn’t until I opened myself up, made myself vulnerable, and available to people it clicked. We might have bad moments in a day, but I will never let one tiny moment ruin my day. It all comes down to one simple question which I will ask you now, how do you choose to spend your time?

The NHL schedule tonight is perfect! Only four games! The first puck drop is at 7p EST in Montreal, and the last contest starts at 10p EST in Anaheim. Let’s look a little closer!

BOSTON BRUINS L1 at Montreal Canadiens 7p EST

Erik Haula L1 & PP1(FD-$3,700)(DK-$3,300)
Taylor Hall L1 & PP1(FD-$5,700)(DK-$5,300)
David Pastrnak L1 & PP1(FD-$8,100)(DK-$7,300)

The Boston Bruins look for their second consecutive victory on Monday. While Montreal looks for their second consecutive victory on Monday!

When it comes to the Bruins David Pastrnak is the leading Boston in goals with 33 and in points with 61. Boston is scoring, on average, 3.00 goals on the button per game while only allowing around 2.66 goals a game. At first glance, you will notice Boston’s first line tonight is not comprised of Bergeron and Marchand. Patrice was recently placed on IR with an arm injury. So we pivot and now roster Boston’s newly formed first line! With their power play scores around 24.7% of the time. Good enough for 5th overall in the NHL. However, are those numbers inflated and thanks to the Bergeron/Marchand lead powerplay

On the flip side, Montreal is only scoring, on average, 2.50 goals a game while giving up a juicy 3.80 goals a game. The Canadien’s power play is nothing to write home about as well. They are only converting a very lowly 13.8% of the time.

This game should go exactly how we think it’s going to go. Boston is 4-1 in their last 5 games. Also, the Bruins have won 13 of the last 16 games against Montreal and 6 out of the last 7 played in Montreal! Wowza!

Boston gets it done with ease tonight! Final score 5-1!

MINNESOTA WILD L1 vs. Las Vegas Golden Knights 8p EST

Ryan Hartman L1 & PP1(FD-$6,400)(DK-$5,700)
Mats Zuccarello L1 & PP1(FD-$7,200)(DK-$5,500)
Krill Kaprizov L1 & PP1(FD-$9,300)(DK-$8,000)

The Minnesota Wild host the surging Vegas Golden Knights tonight! I say use the term surging lightly seeing how Vegas looks for their third straight win tonight! To add more fuel to this fire match-up the Wild are also seeking their third consecutive victory! Not much of a narrative but cut me some slack! It’s a Monday!

Stud winger Kirill Kaprizov is leading the Wild in goals with 32, assists with 44, and points with 76 total. It would be a grave mistake to stack Minnesota tonight and not roster Krill. Minnesota is scoring, on average, 3.70 goals a game but is also allowing 3.20 goals a game. Minnesota’s power play leaves a lot to be desired while only cashing in 19.8% of the time. Which is about 19th overall in the NHL.

On the other end, the Golden Knights are scoring about 3.15 goals a game while holding opponents to a respectable average of 3.00 goals per game. Vegas is 2-7 their last 9 but is also looking for their third straight win. First off, I am betting the OVER 6 goals without a doubt. Secondly, the Wild wind up on top here.

The final score in Minnesota tonight, is 5-3! Wouldn’t be shocked to see a 5-4 or 6-5 final!

NASHVILLE PREDATORS L1 at Anaheim Mighty Ducks 10p EST

Ryan Johansen L1 & PP1(FD-$5,100)(DK-$4,100)
Filip Forsberg L1 & PP1(FD-$8,400)(DK-$6,900)
Matt Duchene L1 & PP1(FD-$7,300)(DK-$6,000)

Nashville hits the road tonight to tussle with Anaheim in what I am calling the Duck tank. Shark tank, duck tank it’s all the same. We’ve had some success stacking and betting on the Preds as of late. Let’s keep it rolling!

The Preds offense this season is averaging a cool 3.30 goals a game while firing in 29.5 shots per contest. Filip Forsberg has 34 total goals on 148 shots which is good enough to lead the Preds in the goal category. Nashville is 9-4 in their last 13 games against Anaheim. While the Ducks are 0-6 their last 6 games. Let’s be honest and fair here, Nashville should have no issue finding the back of the net tonight in Anaheim.

Stack up the Pred’s first line and watch them fill up the box score! Final score NSH 4-1!

ONE-OFF ALERT! Roman Josi L1 & PP1(FD-$8,200)(DK-$8,200)

Roman Josi is leading the Preds in several important offensive categories. Josi sports a team-high 75 points in addition to a team-leading 58 assists. While 21 of those have come on the power play. To me, Josi is, without a doubt, the best offensive defenseman in the game. Colorado’s Cale Makar is a close second.
