Hate to keep harping on it but I absolutely hate being behind and feeling rushed. It throws me into a tizzy where I am going, go, go and in the meantime, nothing is really getting accomplished. While also feeling no sense of accomplishment whatsoever.
When we put our chores off in favor of other activities it’s a dangerous game, to me at least. An entire circus show of juggling and walking the high wire. Where do we find relief? It’s always different across the board and changes from person to person. I write everything down. Getting my every thought, idea, and action down on paper relieves my brain of having it all bouncing around my head! If not, you can find me humming and talking to myself.

A very decent six-game NHL schedule tonight! The first puck drop is at 7p in Buffalo and our last game is at 10p in Vancouver. Enjoy the slate, plan ahead, and stack up these three-line combinations!
ARIZONA COYOTES L1 vs. San Jose Sharks 10p EST
Nick Schmaltz L1 & PP1(FD-$5,800)(DK-$5,200)
Clayton Keller L1 & PP1(FD-$7,300)(DK-$5,700)
Travis Boyd L1 & PP2(FD-$3,900)(DK-$2,800)
The Sharks head to Arizona to battle the Coyotes at the Gila River Arena! Arizona’s record, overall, sits at 20-41-5. While on home ice they are a measly 9-23-1! The Coyotes are 8th overall, dead last, in the Central. On offense, the Yotes are scoring, on average, 2.20 goals a game to go along with about 26 shots per contest. Their power-play isn’t much better seeing how they are only converting 13.8% percent of the time(30th overall in the NHL).
It doesn’t get much better on defense for the Coyotes as they are allowing, on average, 3.70 goals a game on 34 shot attempts. Tonight, in goal, we can expect Arizona youngster Karel Vejmeima(10-25-3). Here is the twist, both teams on offense, are not good. Realistically, two of the worst teams in the league! However, the Sharks and Coyotes are also bad on defense. This one should be a party!
I love this game from a fully stackable point of view. Any line combinations you can think of! Arizona is 3-6-1 straight up in their last 10 games. My final score is below at the end of the San Jose blurb!
SAN JOSE SHARKS L1 at Arizona Coyotes 10p EST
Tomas Hertl L1 & PP1(FD-$6,200)(DK-$5,800)
Timo Meier L1 & PP1(FD-$9,000)(DK-$7,700)
Alexander Barabanov L1 & PP2(FD-$4,800)(DK-$2,700)
On the other end of this game, which I love just as much, are the San Jose Sharks! The Sharks are 29-28-8 overall and 13-14-4 on the road. Good enough for 66 points and 7th place in the Pacific. On offense, the Sharks are scoring, on average, 2.60 goals to go along with 28 shots a game. Timo and Hertl are the lead dogs on this offense with 30 and 26 goals respectively.
Much like the Coyotes, the Sharks are bad news on defense. They are allowing 3.1 goals and 32 total shot attempts. We should expect James Reimer(18-13-6) in goal tonight for the Sharks. San Jose is 5-3-2 straight up their last 10 games.
I haven’t felt this strong about a full-blown game stack in a while! Both teams stink on defense but boast some studs on offense. Realistically, the over 6 goals is a smash. I think we could double that one and I’d still bet the OVER! The OVER is 8-1 in the last 9 games between these two teams. One way or another each team should get to 5 goals without an issue. The question is how high can this thing go?
A full-blown hockey bonanza tonight in the desert! The final score, Arizona wins, 7-6!

NEW YORK RANGERS L2 at Detroit Red Wings 7:30p EST
Andrew Copp L2 & PP1(FD-$5,000)(DK-$4,600)
Artemi Panarin L2 & PP1(FD-$7,100)(DK-$6,200)
Dryden Hunt L2(FD-$3,600)(DK-$2,500)
Right place right time here with the Rangers. New York swings by Detroit tonight after beating the Penguins at home last night. There could be a little back-to-back fatigue in this one but not enough to be an issue for on-ice performance. The Rangers have put together an impressive record of 42-19-5 this year. Firmly in and headed into the Postseason!
The Rangers are scoring, on average, 3.05 goals a game. While their power play is cashing in around 26.8% of the time. Good enough for the 2nd best power play in the league only behind the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Detroit Red Wings defense is basically non-existent and giving up around 3.80 goals a game. Even after the Penguins scored 11 goals on them last time out.
Two things are at play here in this one. With the Rangers on a back-to-back do they play a little lighter than usual given the opposing team? Are the Wings just done and going through the motions here? Regardless, the Rangers will be a popular play tonight given the opposing team. Which is all well and good just limit your exposure and maybe even stack their third line to be different.
Any way you slice it the Rangers will handle their business and win easily. Final score, NYR 5-1.
