Hot Pucking Stacks

Today, Saturday, April 23rd, is absolutely stuffed with sports. There are four playoff basketball games, fifteen baseball games, and twelve total hockey games. Forgive the delay as it’s a beautiful day in Detroit and Miguel Cabrera has just gotten to 3,000 hits.
No matter the fandom or favorite sport sometimes things just hit you right. Sometimes certain events are so special no matter the cause or personal belief. It just further affirms the idea to stop and take in what is around you. Don’t look back and don’t look too far ahead. Stop, think, and take in what you are doing right now.

Gorgeous eight-game NHL Main slate tonight starting at 7p EST. Let’s dig in!
OTTAWA SENATORS L1 vs. Montreal Canadiens 7p EST
Josh Norris L1 & PP1(FD-$7,000)(DK-$6,400)
Brady Tkachuck L1 & PP1(FD-$6,900)(DK-$6,500)
Drake Batherson L1 & PP1(FD-$6,800)(DK-$5,300)
The Senators are going for their second straight win as they host the Canadiens tonight. Montreal has lost seven straight games ahead of this contest in Ottawa.
Josh Norris is leading the Sens in goals with 33. While Tim Stutzle(FD-$5,600)(DK-$5,500) makes for an outstanding one-off as he is leading the team in assists with 33. Brady Tkachuk has collected the most points in Ottawa with 60. Ottawa is scoring, on average, 2.75 goals a game and is allowing about 3.20 goals a game.
On the other end, Montreal is scoring around 2.50 goals a game while allowing an eye-popping 3.90 goals a game. Here are also a few quick betting notes. The Canadiens are a miserable 21-62 in their last 83 games. While the Senators are 5-1 in their last 6 games against an Atlantic division team.
Sticking with the trend that Ottawa has played well against Atlantic division teams they should win here with ease by a final score of 5-1!

SAN JOSE SHARKS L1 vs. Chicago Blackhawks 8p EST
Tomas Hertl L1 & PP1(FD-$6,200)(DK-$5,900)
Timo Meier L1 & PP1(FD-$9,000)(DK-$6,700)
Matt Nieto L1(FD-$3,400)(DK-$2,500)
San Jose stays home tonight as they host the Chicago Blackhawks this evening. Of all the games on the main slate, eight of them, why in the world would we choose to willingly stack the Sharks tonight?
Two reasons and the first one is the woeful offense of the Blackhawks. This Blackhawks offense is only scoring, on average, 2.5 two goals a game on 28 total shots. San Jose has lost four of its last five games and bringing its record to 30-35-12 overall this season. However, they do have some fight left in them and I fully expect them to open it up against Chicago tonight.
Here are two betting trends that stick out to me like a sore thumb. The Blackhawks are 2-11 straight up their last 13 games. Also, Chicago is 3-7 in their last 10 games against the Sharks. Let’s stack up San Jose while no one is looking and reap all the benefits.
Look for San Jose to come out flying and get off to a fast start! Sharks win tonight by a final score of 4-1!

ST. LOUIS BLUES L1 at Arizona Coyotes 10p EST
Robert Thomas L1 & PP1(FD-$6,200)(DK-$6,100)
Vlad Tarasenko L1 & PP1(FD-$8,500)(DK-$7,600)
Pavel Buchnevich L1 & PP1(FD-$6,500)(DK-6,400)
The Blues are 47-20-11 overall and a sweet 21-11-6 on the road. St. Louis is 3rd in the Central Division. On offense St. Louis is scoring, on average, 3.45 goals a game on 31 total team shots. The Blues have the 2nd overall ranked power-play unit as they convert at 28.5% of the time.
Won’t waste any more time on this blurb cause we all know the deal. Arizona is scoring a measly 2.18 goals a game while the Blues are only allowing 2.7 goals a game. This one should get out of hand quickly as the Blues coast in the third period. St. Louis is 9-0-1 straight up their last 10 games. While Arizona is 1-8-1 straight up their last 10 games. What more do we need?
Bet on the Blues. Stack up the Blues as they win by a final score of 6-2!
