Day 9 of NBA Lineup Study. Let’s talk about this in 🏆ronin-nba if you have comments or questions or just want to talk about trends you are seeing.
Reminder, we are looking at the winners of the $15 150 max and the $4 20 max on Draftkings only. For like sized slates today, I compared the 3 slates I have tracked in the 10 and above game range as last night was a 12 game slate.
Today’s thought is about Late Swap. Something I have noticed in the numbers, especially rating and rise over the last 9 days is when I say 8 out of 10 or 9 out of 10, the outliers are usually players who would have had ratings or Rise% above the thresholds if the news that made them good plays were announced before lock.
Late Swapping is an art form, stay on top of the news, determine which players are worthy of late swap and adjust accordingly. There is no easy answer to this, but if you pay attention to the alerts in discord, you will have a good idea.
Let’s get to the stats. Last night, the 2 winning lineups combined to use 13 players.
