With a 36% usage rate, Irving has averaged 1.5 DK points per minute, and his recent form is staggering – scoring at least 52 fantasy points in five straight games, with an average of 62 points in that span. The Lakers, who rank 27th in points allowed, are in for a tough night against Irving.
The absence of LeBron James and Anthony Davis makes Irving even more appealing. The Lakers have struggled to defend point guards this season and Beverley’s good defense may not be enough. Irving has carried the load for Brooklyn while Durant has been sidelined, exceeding salary expectations on DK in six straight games with a minimum of 52 DK points in each.

Kristaps Porzingis
The Washington Wizards will receive a boost with the return of Kristaps Porzingis, who missed the last three games with an ankle injury. Before the injury, Porzingis was a dominant force, averaging 42 fantasy points per game and consistently scoring 40-50 fantasy points in each contest. With the Spurs possessing the worst defense in the NBA, Porzingis is expected to reach these numbers once again.
Porzingis, in his last 10 appearances, has averaged 22.5 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game, with a high of 59.8 DraftKings points. He has a great matchup against the Spurs today as they have allowed their opponents to shoot a league-high 51% from the field while also allowing the second-most points in the paint. Kyle Kuzma
Kuzma is in great form, putting up 24.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game over his last 10 appearances, including four games with over 50 DraftKings points and a high of 61.8. This match against the Spurs is a prime opportunity for Kuzma to continue his high-scoring streak, as the Spurs give up the most points per game in the league (122.2) and allow opponents to shoot an average of 40% from beyond the arc.
The Spurs, with their fast pace of play and weak defense, make for a fantastic matchup for Kuzma. With a 28.0% usage rate, Kuzma is making the most of his opportunities, having improved his assist average to a career-high 4.0. Despite a recent down game, where he went 4-of-13 from the field and only scored 10 points for 32.75 DraftKings points, Kuzma had been on a hot streak with at least 52 DK points in three of the last four games. His rebounding numbers may decrease slightly with Porzingis back, but Kuzma still has the potential to produce a big double-double against the Spurs.
