NBA DFS Top Value Plays for Monday 3/27/23

NBA DFS Top value plays for winning your Draftkings Lineup

In this article, we’ll be exploring some of the best NBA DFS top value plays for Monday’s games, helping you to make informed decisions and gain an edge over the competition. So let’s dive in and take a closer look at some of the players who could offer excellent value for money in Monday’s matchups.

Shaedon Sharpe

With Portland sitting all of their starters, Sharpe has emerged as the focal point of their offense, boasting a team-leading 29 percent usage rate with the current roster. He’s been in excellent form recently, scoring at least 35 fantasy points in three consecutive outings, and averaging an impressive 42 points during that span. What’s more, with the opportunity for increased playing time and shot attempts, Sharpe should be locked into a 40-minute role as Portland’s primary playmaker.

The 2023 first-round pick has seized the opportunity and has looked fantastic in the process. Playing monster minutes, he’s led the team in shots and dropped 24 or more real points and 34 or more fantasy points in all three games. While his price may be getting out of reach on FanDuel, especially in a tougher matchup against the Pelicans, Sharpe is still an excellent choice on DraftKings, offering a nice floor/ceiling combo at these prices.

Terrence Ross

Ross has been a valuable contributor for the Suns, scoring 37.5 and 29.4 fantasy points in his last two games. While one of those matchups was against the defensively challenged Kings, the Jazz have been only marginally better, ranking seventh-worst in the league in defensive rating.

At near min price, Ross is a tempting option for tournament play. The veteran wing is always a bit of a streaky shooter, but he’s been on fire lately, shooting an impressive 60.7 percent from the field, including 50.0 percent from three-point range, over the last two games.

With Ross’ ability to deliver a strong return on his modest salary, he could be a viable option for large-field tournaments on Monday’s slate. So, keep an eye on Ross as a potential top value play in NBA DFS.

Bones Hyland

Another NBA DFS value play to consider for Monday’s slate of games is Bones Hyland of the Los Angeles Clippers. Hyland has taken full advantage of the opportunities presented to him in the absence of Paul George, averaging 17.0 points, 7.0 assists, and 3.0 rebounds while shooting an impressive 52.0 percent from the field, including 46.7 percent from beyond the arc, in his last two games. The second-year guard has also played a solid 25.0 minutes off the bench, giving his role a solid floor.

With Hyland showing an ability to deliver strong returns on his current salaries, he could be an intriguing tournament value play. Keep an eye on Hyland as a potential top value play for Monday’s NBA DFS slate.

Drew Eubanks

With Jusuf Nurkic and Harry Giles III already sidelined with injuries, Eubanks is expected to start at center for the remainder of the season. He’s proven to be a capable starter in the past, averaging nearly 30 DraftKings points per game as a starter since last year.

Eubanks showcased his high ceiling on Sunday, scoring a season-high 38 fantasy points, making him a solid choice for DFS players looking for a value play. Facing the New Orleans Pelicans isn’t too bad of a matchup, as they rank 25th in OPRK against opposing centers.

On a slate that’s expected to have plenty of value plays due to several top players being questionable or ruled out, Eubanks stands out as one of the top values at his price range. Even against a tougher Pelicans defense, Eubanks is still projected to provide strong PTS/$ value, making him a great option for both cash and tournament lineups.
