The NEW DraftKings and FanDuel NBA DFS Picks Rankings are live and ready to rock for the main slate. We have many decisions to make on this small four-game slate on both FanDuel and DraftKings with so many studs in play. Let’s dive into why certain players are higher or lower on my NBA DFS Picks Rankings before we all lose our minds.
With the masses jumping on James Harden and Kevin Durant in a massive 238.5 point game total (including a 118.0 point team total), I want to plug in Luka Doncic as my clear cut number 1 option on tonight’s FanDuel main slate. If there is ever a chance I can get Luka at even a slight discount in NBA DFS, I’m in. Tonight I believe we’ll have that opportunity.
In addition to Luka, I think actually rolling out the 2nd tier of priced players will make you unique while also allow you to use higher floor and ceiling type players. Christian Wood, Kristaps Porzingis, Kyle Lowry, and Victor Oladipo are all Tier 2 players on FanDuel. They are similar to NBA DFS Picks Rankings on DraftKings as well because both FanDuel and DraftKings have similar pricing tiers for tonight’s players.

On DraftKings, Chris Boucher is one of my favorite NBA DFS Picks at just $7,100 and I also really like the mid-tier of guards with Coby White, Kyle Lowry, and Victor Oladipo over there, too. The lowest owned stud tonight will likely be Giannis Antetokounmpo so he’s certainly making we want to play him with Luka while fading the Brooklyn Nets studs. We’ll see how it all comes together tonight during lineup building time and our Discord sessions.
I’ll be trying my best to zig while the public zags. It’ll be tough though because FOMO is going to be large and in charge tonight. However, Fortune Favors the Bold!

How to Use the Top DraftKings NBA and FanDuel NBA DFS Picks Rankings Notes
A huge aspect of building DFS Lineups is making sure you are building around a core. One way to do that is to start by using our coaching DFS Building Blocks. These are players that I believe might be the key to victory each night and want to target as my core for both SE and/or MME. Some coaches post their Building Blocks for DFS Cash Games or identify their best use.
This is a sample of my personal NBA FanDuel Building Blocks.
Ideally, you are using something like the Building Blocks and giving a thumb up to each of the Blocks players before you begin to make your player pool. It will increase their projection by 8% for each thumb that you give that player in Fantasy Cruncher. As I alluded to above, many members take the NBA DFS Building Blocks and give them a thumb in Fantasy Cruncher while using the NBA DFS Picks Rankings and other content sources to round out their pools and targets.

Once you’ve identified your core plays based on the DraftKings and FanDuel Building Blocks, you likely will want to start to fine-tune your player pool. You can do this in a multitude of ways. You can simply combine the coaching pools from all coaches and have that be your pool. You can potentially just use one pool as your base and then add players you may want to include as well. You can start with a coaching pool (like my personal Rankings List) and then add players based on projections, ratings, sims model, or a myriad of other reasons you might want to add someone.
The final DFS Building Blocks are filled out by each coach. You can slap a thumb up on each player included. If a player is targeted multiple times, maybe they earn more thumbs? The world is your oyster.
