Captain/MVP/SuperStar Plays
Christian McCaffrey, RB ($19,800 (DK), $18,000 (FD), $41 (Yahoo))
I feel like I don’t need to say much here but don’t overthink this just play CMC. The Giants’ run defense in the first two weeks of the season has already surrendered five rushing touchdowns. James Conner ran for over 100 yards last week against the Giants, CMC should just have his way against the Giants’ defense.

Darren Waller, TE ($11,100 (DK), $11,500 (FD), $17 (Yahoo))
If the Giants have any shot in this game it will be Daniel Jones finding Waller early and often. So far the Niners have struggled against the pass as they ranked 23rd in yards allowed. Now part of that was a lot of garbage time against the Steelers but the Rams with Stafford to Puka did march up and down the field against the Niners’ secondary all game.
I don’t think the Giants will march up and down the field like the Rams did but I am expecting garbage time potential for plenty of yards for Waller. With the price of CMC we may need to consider paying down at CPT to avoid playing too many punts.
Flex Plays
Normally I like to list out plays I want to get a lot of exposure in my lineups but this play is one I want to fade. With Barkley out, Bredia is likely to become RB1 and while the price isn’t great he is likely to be one of those last piece into lineup plays as people still want to use all their salary in showdown.
Not only is the matchup horrible for the running backs, Brieda when he has filled in for Barkley he just does not see the RB1 kind of workload. Now he could get there via targets in the passing game but I am not going to count on it.
