We can now turn our full attention to baseball! Sometimes our best-laid plans are interrupted by events we never saw coming. The best plan of action is to take it as it comes. Easier said than done but if we are always mean, rude, and carrying on nothing good will come our way.
Sounds silly but I am of the belief good is repaid with good. The simple idea of karma.

Today’s MAIN baseball schedule gives us 14 games! FanDuel’s Main slate is 14 games, and the first pitch is at 7:05p. DraftKings Main is also 14 games and locks at 7:05p. While Yahoo! is in unison as their Main and locks at 7:05p and includes 14 games. Let’s dig into some of my favorite plays for Tuesday, June 28th, shall we?
STL v MIA 7:05p 1B Paul Goldschmidt(FD-$4,300)(DK-$6,000)(Y!-$26)
Paul, on paper, is having his best season yet in terms of batting average. Furthermore, his power numbers have not been taken away! In the last 15 games, Goldy has hit .350/.439/.740 with 5 bombs! Per the ROF Study Hub, his value tier is an A tonight on all formats. The Cards battle LHP Braxton Garrett tonight and with lowly ownership percentages of 3.9% on FD and 2.4% on DK, Paul is a MUST-OWN!
LAD at COL 8:40p OF Trayce Thompson(FD-$2,500)(DK-$2,000)(Y!-$17)
Any piece of content you find on this kid will start with, “younger brother of Klay Thompson…” fair enough but why can’t we bring up Coors Field instead? Yes, I am aware the Dodgers were shut out last night in Colorado. Which only makes me love them more! In his last 16 plate appearances, Trayce has hit .313. In his last 33 at-bats, he has accumulated a home run, seven RBI, three runs, and a steal! Let’s keep an eye out and make sure he is playing tonight! The only thing that stinks here is his ownership percentages. The secret is out. Massive 20.3% on DK and 14.1% on FD. Given its cheap cost, it’s all good.
TOR v BOS 7:07p C/1B Alejando Kirk(FD-$3,500)(DK-$4,800)(Y!-$25)
Kirk has been a man possessed! He’s hit 4 bombs in the last 5 games! He has also collected nine hits including a two-hit game and a four-hit game! His counting stats are beautiful at a position that stinks. What I find shocking, in comparison to Thompson, are the ownership numbers! Kirk is only at 3.1% on FD and 6.7% on DK. Also, his wOBA against BOS pitcher Michael Wacha is at .374. Full steam ahead for Alejandro!
BOS at TOR 7:07p 3B Rafael Devers(FD-$4,000)(DK-$6,100)(Y!-$26)
Devers has become of the best hitters in all of baseball. At this moment in time, Rafael ranks 4th in average(.331), 6th in slugging percentage(.612), 6th in OPS(.998), and has yet to go more than one game this year without a hit. After a quick look at the ROF Study Hub, his projection tier is A across the board, but his value tier stinks. All based on his price tag but that does not bother me.
