We can only control so much. Those of us who are always fighting the universe are always the most miserable. Look, not trying to give some uplifting positive speech here but when we relinquish control and concentrate on our own attitudes and ideas life opens up.

Today’s MAIN baseball schedule gives us seven games! FanDuel’s Main slate is seven games, and the first pitch is at 7:05p. DraftKings Main is also seven games and locks at 7:05p. While Yahoo! is in unison as their Main and locks at 7:05p and includes seven games. Let’s dig into some of my favorite plays for Wednesday, June 29th, shall we?
MIN at CLE 7:10p 1B Luis Arraez(FD-$3,000)(DK-$4,600)(Y!-$16)
Luis is basically a hitting machine!
I feel as if Luis Arraez is what we thought Nick Madrigal was supposed to be! Luis has had some major success against CLE right-handed pitcher Cal Quantrill. In 14 total at-bats, he has hit for a .308 average and two triples. Arraez has also been an absolute monster, to begin with wailing on all pitching and accumulating a .959 OPS, and .421 wOBA. Batting lead-off tonight at only 6.3% ownership on FD and 5.8% on DK is beautiful!
COL v LAD 8:40p 1B CJ Cron(FD-$4,100)(DK-$4,800)(Y!-$17)
Bet on a Cron bomb tonight!
CJ has had an outstanding season far and has also accumulated some pretty DFS-friendly streaks! One of which being an RBI in three straight games. He enters tonight’s game riding a four-game hitting streak. His current average sits at .295 with 17 bombs and 55 RBI. Cron batting 4th at home with only 2.9% ownership is outstanding. Looking at the Rise or Fall Study Hub CJ’s ownership percentage is currently at 7.5% with an A projection tier. Look for CJ to hit a big-time bomb tonight. By big-time, I mean it won’t be a solo shot.
CHC vs CIN 8:05p OF Christopher Morel(FD-$3,500)(DK-$3,600)(Y!-$16)
Morel in the leadoff spot is beautiful for DFS purposes!
Opposing pitcher Hunter Greene is a nice prospect but he has struggled in keeping the ball inside the park. Last time out against the Dodgers he gave 5 earned runs and three of those were bombs. Chris Morel looks to be batting leadoff tonight at 2.4% ownership on FD and 6% on DK. In Hunters, last 6 starts he has given up 4 or more earned runs. His ERA is currently at 5.66 and I really love Morel at the top spot tonight to get the Cubs rolling.
TOR v BOS 7:07p OF George Springer(FD-$3,500)(DK-$4,600)(Y!-$20)
Springer has absolutely wailed on BOS SP Nick Pivetta!
Springer continues to be a stone-cold stud in the leadoff spot for Toronto. George currently owns a .259 average, .335 OBP, .450 SLG, and a .242 ISO against right-handed pitchers. In 16 total at-bats against BOS RHP Nick Pivetta to the tune of a .500 average! Do you know how insane that is? 50% of the time Springer will put the ball in play against Nick. Pivetta has been able to get by for so long on his 4-seam fastball and throws that sucker 52.3% of the time and it has become a meatball. Meaning right down the middle or a little up in the zone. Against that same exact pitch, Springer has a .279 average! Also, George has 39 hits against Nick and 18 of them have gone for extra bases. If you’re a bettor like me, lock and load a Springer bomb tonight!

I love the idea of Bo batting 2nd right after Springer!
As stated above in Springer’s blurb he throws his 4-seamer 52.3% of the time right down the middle and a little hit. His slider has been down and away 18% of the time while his curveball is tossed 27% of the time down and away. As a right-handed batter facing a right-handed pitcher that down and away stuff is going to get hammered. If we check into the Rise or Fall Study Hub two things stand out. Bo’s value tier on DraftKings and Fanduel. On FD it is a C and on DK it is a D. As silly as it sounds the hardcore numbers crowd may be a little apprehensive because of that. May sound silly but I think that will be the leverage we need with Bo tonight!
