I have noticed that Johnny Cueto’s strikeout numbers have come way down to only 18.4% of the batters he faces. He has been subpar and is allowing a .332 wOBA to oppose right-handed batters. Will Smith will be under the radar tonight as DFSers stack up the likes of Mookie, Freeman, and Trea Turner. Per the Rise or Fall Study Hub Smith is fourth in that ownership pecking order at 6.8% on FD and 12.1% on DK.
COL @ SF 9:45p 1B CJ Cron(FD-$3,700)(DK-$4,900)(Y!-$17)
Giants’ pitcher Alex Wood has been bad news at home this season. He has checked in with a 6.11 ERA, .354 average, and a .388 wOBA at Oracle Park. Shoot, I think we should stack up the entire Rockies lineup tonight as San Francisco’s bullpen stinks as well. Collectively, this month, they have averaged a 6.82 ERA and a .347 wOBA. Cron‘s tier value is an A at only 4.6% ownership! On DK it is even better at only 4.2% ownership! CJ Cron should go deep tonight for his 15th home run!
SF v COL 9:45p 3B Wilmer Flores(FD-$3,000)(DK-$5,100)(Y!-$15)
Wilmer Flores is an enigma to me. On one hand, in seasonal formats, we set it and forget with him depending on the league. In DFS formats, however, when he gets hot, he is HOT! Don’t feel completely left out as he was mentioned in the stacks video last night. Tonight, we put pen to paper and use him as a one-off! On FanDuel his value tier couldn’t be any better with an A while his rating sits at a 73.3 on only 7.5% ownership. His projection on the DK Study Hub is just over 10 at only 1.3% ownership! Do not get left holding your hat tonight with Mr. Flores!
BOS v LAA 9:38p SS Xander Bogaerts(FD-$3,900)(DK-$5,500)(Y!-$19)
Xander has racked up 6 hits in his last 7 games, 6 runs scored, and 4 RBI. Last night Xander was removed from the ball game with left shoulder tightness so monitor his stating status before lock. As it stands now, I am willing to take the risk with Xander against Reid Detmers! Bogaert’s rating fresh from the Study Hub is a solid 65.83 on DK and 67.17 on FD. His swinging-strike rate is down below 9% and we might be able to catch some folks sleeping tonight if Xander is active.

BOS v LAA 9:38p 1B Bobby Dalbec(FD-$3,700)(DK-$4,900)(Y!-$7)
To say Bobby Dalbec is an under-the-radar move tonight would be putting it mildly. Bobby’s Isolated Power against left-handed pitchers is at .282 and his wOBA is off the charts at .366 in his 255 total plate appearances against lefties. Dalbec is the cheapest way to get exposure in a great match-up against Reid. His flyball rate has ballooned to 47.9% and Dalbec is the easiest move to make tonight. 4.2% ownership on FD and 5.8% on DK.
