I will do my best to highlight the Top MLB Draftkings stacks each and every day and hopefully give us a nice edge vs the field each day. Feel free to use these stacks on Fanduel as well. MLB Top Stacks Early (Quick Overview)
Today’s MLB schedule is a weird one, as we have 4 games early and 4 games later in the day. Above you’ll see the MLB Stacks Sheet that currently has the Kansas City Royals as our top ranked stack. Also, you can see, we don’t even have a total for that game yet so things will surely change as we get later into the morning.
Mariners vs Tigers LHP Eduardo Rodriguez
Tigers left hander Eduardo Rodriguez is a reverse splits lefty. This means he’s actually worse against same handed hitters than opposite handed hitters. Generally, it’s the other way around, and Lefties are better vs Lefty batters, but that’s not the case with Rodriguez.
Since the start of the 2021 season, Rodriguez has allowed a 346 woba 213 iso and 40% hard contact rate against left handed hitters. He has a very good 30% strikeout rate vs lefties however, so, keep that in mind before you load up on Mariners lefty bats here
The Mariners don’t really have any left handed hitters that I love, so, I’ll just focus on their right handers who CRUSH left handed pitching below
Eugenio Suarez is one of those hitters who loves facing left handed pitching. Over the last 30 days he has a 447 xwoba 345 iso and 58% hard contact rate vs lefties
Mitch Haniger continues to stay hot since his return from the DL. Over his last 30 days he has a 498 xwoba 143 iso and 70% (yes 70%) hard contact rate against left handed pitching
These two will anchor my Mariners stacks on this small 4 game slate. Feel free to mix in Julio Rodriguez, Ty France and Sam Haggerty as you see fit

Royals vs White Sox RHP Johnny Cueto
Johnny Cueto is not the pitcher he once was, and if we look at his numbers since the start of the 2021 season we see just that. Since 2021 he has a 4.84 xfip and just a 17.6% strikeout rate. Against left handed hitters he has allowed a 173 iso 39% fly ball rate and 39% hard contact rate.
MJ Melendez has a 175 iso and 42% hard contact rate against right handed pitching this season for the Royals. He usually leads off an should get 4+ at bats in this matchup today.
Bobby Whitt has a 175 iso and a 40% hard contact rate vs righties. Salvador Perez is one of the best hitting catchers in the league, and this season he has a 201 iso and 44% hard contact rate vs right handed pitching.
Nick Pratto is min price on Draftkings and currently slotted in the clean up spot for the Royals today. So far this season the lefty has a 214 iso and 40% hard contact rate against right handed pitching
