Captain/MVP/SuperStar Plays
DeAndre Hopkins, WR $15,300 (DK), $12,500 (FD), $26 (Yahoo))
DeAndre Hopkins returns this week and his return couldn’t come at a better time for a struggling Cardinals offense as they have lost Marquise Brown to a foot injury. Hopkins also returns to a great matchup as the Saints will be without Marshon Lattimore. Last week without Lattimore, the Saints allowed Ja’Marr Chase to go for 7 catches for 132 and 2 scores.
The Saints are allowing the 4th most fantasy points per game to opposing WRs and I expect a huge game in Hopkins return against a depleted Saints secondary.

Rondale Moore, WR $8,700 (DK), $9,000 (FD), $14 (Yahoo))
In his last two games, Rondale has seen a total of 18 targets and is just way too cheap here across all sites. The Cardinals have no running game, so we know they will be throwing a lot and with this kind of volume he could be in line for a huge game.
According to the Team Rise or Fall Study Hub he has the 3rd highest scoring ceiling of any skill position player in the game.
Flex Plays
Chris Olvae, WR $7,400 (DK), $11,000 $21 (Yahoo))
While the Saints have not officially named a starting QB yet, I am not really sure that will matter for Olave who is returning this week. Regardless of who starts Olvae is going to be peppered with targets as Michael Thomas is out again. His price especially on DK is just too cheap for his upside for a game that has some potential to shootout.
