Welcome to Top NFL DFS Picks for Cowboys vs Giants Monday Night Showdown! The Giants are 1 point home favorites and the total for the battle of Cooper Rush vs Daniel Jones is just 39 points.
For each primetime game this season, I will be providing you with my favorite plays at the Captain, MVP, Superstar positions as well as the flex position for DraftKings, FanDuel, and Yahoo.
Captain/MVP/SuperStar Plays
With such a low total, we should see Saquan featured a ton in game. Saquan has not missed a beat this year with returning right away to his workhorse workload with 24 total touches in each of the first two games. He is being targeted heavily in the passing game with 11 targets through two weeks and should see another game of 4 plus targets as the Giants will more than likely be without Kadarius Toney and Wan’Dale Robinson making them extremely thin at WR.
The Cowboys got smoked by Leonard Fournette in Week 1 and I expect a similar performance to that from Barkley. He is my top play across all the sites.

Sterling Shepard, WR $11,400 (DK), $11,500 (FD), $13 (Yahoo))
With all the injuries to the Giants receivers and no idea what if any role Kenny Golladay will play, Sterling Shepard could be in line for a huge volume day. The Cowboys secondary while talented is going to give up a ton of yards. Through two games they have allowed 9th most fantasy points per game to opposing WRs.
Sterling makes for a great pay-down option at the multiplier spots.
Flex Plays
In two career starts CeeDee Lamb has 13 catches for 187 yards with Cooper Rush as his starting QB. Those are great numbers but in those two starts, he did not find the end zone. On DraftKings, you can get away with this since it is a PPR site however, on FanDuel and Yahoo Lamb will need to find the end zone to help pay off his salary.
This will be the first real test for the Giants’ secondary with taking on the most talented WR group they have faced so far this year.
Richie James Jr., WR $5,400 (DK), $10,500 (FD), $10 (Yahoo))
With two receivers expected to be out for the Giants Richie James Jr. could be in line for a huge day against this Dallas secondary. Richie is second on the team in targets, catches, and yards only to Sterling Shepard. I expect a big day from him and he makes for a great value play.
