MLB DFS has a 12 game slate on SuperDraft! These are the early Top SuperDraft MLB DFS Picks. Be sure to dive into the MLB DFS Rankings, Cores for Cash, and GPP from our MLB coaches afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall MLB DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
Tyler Glasnow has a matchup against Texas with an implied run total of 2.98. Glasnow has posted a K% of 34.9% over his first two starts and Texas has one of the worst lineups in MLB. Glasnow should have no trouble mowing down this Texas lineup while racking up plenty of strikeouts.
At 1.55x, Glasnow is a Cash lock for me and will be in my GPP core. He has the highest upside of any pitcher on the slate.
Freddy Peralta faces the Chicago Cubs with an implied run total of 3.9. Perata dominated the Cubs in his first start going 5 innings while allowing only 1 hit and striking out 9 hitters. We shouldn’t expect the same level of success but, the Cubs are striking out 28.5% of their at-bats per FanGraphs which gives Peralta a massive ceiling.
Peralta has a ton of upside at 2x in tournaments and he will be someone I target at volume on this slate.
The Cardinals have a matchup against Erick Fedde with an implied run total of 4.72. I will not hesitate to attack Fedde on today’s slate as he is not a strikeout guy and he has gotten hit hard in the starts where he does not have his best stuff. The Cardinals could blow this game up early and I like their power bats.
I’ll be focusing on Dylan Carlson, Paul Goldschmidt, Nolan Arenado, and Tommy Edman.
The Yankees have a matchup against Robbie Ray with an implied run total of 5.18. For me, a big factor that makes this game stand out is the weather. Most games will be played in cold weather where the ball will not travel as well in the air but, the Yankees will benefit from 70 degrees Florida air in Dunedin. We saw the massive totals the Angels and Blue Jays were able to put up and I expect more of the same in this one.
I’m focusing on Giancarlo Stanton, Clint Frazier, Gio Urshela, and Aaron Judge.
Ty France has a matchup against Dean Kremer in Baltimore with an implied run total of 4.04. France has been a righty-masher over the past calendar year posting a wRC+ of 175 per FanGraphs. He hits righties HARD and is 1.75x in one of the best hitting environments in MLB. France will be towards the top of the Mariners’ lineup and should excel against an unestablished pitcher in Kremer. France is my top one-off of the day.

The MLB DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our MLB DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member identifies the core players they would build their Cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These MLB DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their MLB DFS Lineups.
The MLB Strategy Notebook gives our staff a place to write notes specific to each slate for members to read regarding strategy for each slate. They will mention which stacks they are targeting, which players make more sense for GPP formats over Cash formats and other lineup building tidbits!
The MLB DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate-winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy baseball roster construction.
The MLB Stacks will display the top stacks of the day using the data from the MLB Study Hub! This will display what teams project the best, which will be higher owned, and a player-by-player breakdown to show which players could be going overlooked.
