MLB DFS has an 8 game slate on SuperDraft! These are the early Top SuperDraft MLB DFS Picks. Be sure to dive into the MLB DFS Rankings, Cores for Cash, and GPP from our MLB coaches afterward. And of course, the Rise or Fall MLB DFS Projections, ownerships, player ratings, and data are a good place to start for daily fantasy sports.
Lucas Giolito comes in as the highest projected pitcher in the Rise or Fall MLB Projections at 60.17. Giolito is facing a Seattle team that has an implied run total of 3.47 and has struck out 29.7% of their at bats in 2021.
Giolito should be stretched out to 100 pitches this time out and able to go 6-7 innings if he avoids high-stress innings. A 1.55x multiplier makes Giolito a core play for me in Cash and GPPs.
Tyler Glasnow comes in as the fourth-highest projected pitcher in the Rise or Fall MLB Projections at 48.26. Glas now has the highest strikeout upside on the slate posting a K% of 32.4% since 2018 per the MLB Study Hub Pitcher Matchups.
There is a risk of Kevin Cash pulling Glasnow at around 85 pitches but, he still has the highest upside on the slate and Boston’s lineup is prone to strikeouts. Glasnow is in my GPP core at 1.55x.
The Mets come in as the second-highest projected SuperDraft stack in the Rise or Fall MLB Projections. They are facing Chase Anderson who has allowed an ISO of .214 and a wOBA of .328 since 2018 per the MLB Study Hub Pitcher Matchups. This is a bounce back spot for the Mets and I like the multipliers in this lineup.
I’ll be focusing on Dominic Smiith, Brandon Nimmo, Fransisco Lindor, and Michael Conforto.
The Rays come in as the third-highest projected SuperDraft stack in the Rise or Fall MLB Projections. Tampa Bay is facing Martin Perez who has only stuck out 16.7% of hitters and posted an xFIP of 4.87 since 2018 per the MLB Study Hub Pitcher Matchups. Tampa will have their righty killers in the lineup and I expect them to break out today
I’m focusing on Mike Brosseau, Manuel Margot, Randy Arozarena, and Yandy Diaz.
SuperDraft NBA DFS Lineup Winning Pick – Ian Happ 1.5x
Ian Happ comes in as the seventeenth-highest projected player in the Rise or Fall MLB Projections at 15.77. Happ is sporting an ISO of .204 and a wOBA of .345 in today’s matchup vs Freddy Peralta per the MLB Study Hub Batter Matchups.
Happ has an elite ISO and the weather should be hitter friendly in Wrigley today. I’ll take some shots at Happ in GPPs at 1.5x.

The MLB DFS Core Builds are also referred to as our MLB DFS Building Blocks. Each staff member identifies the core players they would build their Cash or GPP lineup around for both DraftKings and FanDuel. These MLB DFS Picks are basically the Building Blocks of their MLB DFS Lineups.
The MLB Strategy Notebook gives our staff a place to write notes specific to each slate for members to read regarding strategy for each slate. They will mention which stacks they are targeting, which players make more sense for GPP formats over Cash formats and other lineup building tidbits!
The MLB DFS Picks and Pools for GPP’s is crucial for Single Entry players. This list of priority picks are players with slate-winning upside each night. They aren’t just the top projected players, they are picks that take into consideration the Rise or Fall ownership projection, tournament leverage, and daily fantasy baseball roster construction.
The MLB Stacks will display the top stacks of the day using the data from the MLB Study Hub! This will display what teams project the best, which will be higher owned, and a player-by-player breakdown to show which players could be going overlooked.
