Week 3 FanDuel NFL DFS Top Picks

Week 3 FanDuel NFL DFS Top Picks

Hey there, FanDuel DFS fan…  Welcome to the freebie area of Team Rise or Fall. Our staff of experts (me included) are here to give you some additional insight into building your NFL DFS lineups. This week, we’re diving into Week 3 FanDuel NFL DFS Top Picks! Are you ready?

My goal isn’t to build your lineup for you, it’s to be a guide by using my experience as a sports bettor and by using the membership tools available at Team Rise or Fall. With that being said… let’s look at this week’s favorites.

We recently added Individual Sport memberships to our offerings here at Rise or Fall. If you would like to subscribe for an NFL Monthly or NFL Weekly without access to any of the other sports you now have that option.

All memberships come with Discord Access, however, only the *Monthly All Access* for $39.99 comes with the $20 monthly credit to Fantasy Cruncher.

Which non-QB is projected to make the most fantasy points this week?

Cooper Kupp and then Justin Jefferson (but I’m not sure I like it)…

Kupp (20.5) checks all the boxes this week, so I wanted to talk about Justin Jefferson, who comes with the next highest projection of 18.9 fantasy points. But I don’t really like it. The last two weeks have been very inconsistent for him. He’s averaging 21.4 FPPG because of the volatility between week 1 and week 2. Don’t get me wrong… he’s an amazing player, but I want to hang my hat on something a bit more reliable for my Week 3 FanDuel NFL DFS Top Picks.

How about Amon-Ra St. Brown instead?

I feel better about this pick. He’s less expensive ($7.8) and averaging more actual weekly fantasy points (25.7). Throw projections out here. I need something concrete when we have such a limited budget.

Got deep pockets?

Cooper Kupp

While he does come with a steep price tag ($9.8), he’s well worth it. Kupp could be listed in all three sections of this article as the highest scoring (non-QB), most expensive, and most consistent. He’s scored roughly 25 fantasy points per week so far. That’s more average weekly points than all but 6 of the top QBs. Look for Kupp to have another full week against the Cardinals. While it is likely to be a close game, I don’t think it will affect the amount of Kupp’s targets.

Looking for consistency?

Carson Wentz

I never thought I’d be typing these words, but Wentz has had a tremendous start to his season. He’s averaging 29 fantasy points per game and that’s an actual stat because he’s produced 29 points in both weeks 1 and 2! That kind of performance has put him ahead of Mahomes and among the likes of Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, and Lamar Jackson. At $7.5 he isn’t the greatest of values, but he’s also not close to being as pricey as guys with the same production. So…
