Who’s projected to make the most fantasy points this week? It’s tight. Within 10ths of a point.
Lamar Jackson
At the time of this publication, they’ve still not reached a contract agreement, but Jackson is projected to score 22.93 fantasy points. With a salary of $7.3 I almost feel as if I should be adding him to my article on DraftKings Week 1 NFL DFS Value Picks, rather than Week 1 NFL DFS Top Picks! The consensus is that Lamar could have his best season yet this year. His team is healthy and he absolutely has the talent to do big things. At this price, Lamar is a good pick for this week’s lineup.

Jonathan Taylor
Can JT recreate the magic of last season? Only time will tell but for our Week 1 NFL DFS Top Picks purposes, I’m giving him a shoutout. In looking at the Team Rise or Fall member’s exclusive StudyHub tool, I can see that he’s favored to bring in 21.67 fantasy points. With a salary of $9.1 we’ll need to budget carefully. That being said, JT plays more than 90% of the snaps and has an average of 24 touches. That’s far higher than any of the other favorites.

Austin Ekeler
If it’s consistency you’re looking for in your Week 1 NFL DFS Top Picks, then Austin Ekeler is your man. Priced at $8.2 and projected to produce 20 fantasy points, Ekeler is a solid choice for your lineups. I mentioned consistency because last season, he consistently produced an average of 22 fantasy points week after week.
