NFL Study Hub Breakdown

Welcome to the NFL DFS Week 2 Study Hub Breakdown! We’re going to highlight two players per position that stand out in both projections and ratings to get a feel for what plays stand out in the Study Hub. Let’s get into it!

QUARTERBACKS

Tom Brady – Brady ranks first in the ratings and seventh in projections on both sites. The Buccaneers head to New Orleans with an implied total of 23.75. Brady is projected for 38.52 pass attempts, 275.47 passing yards, and 1.75 passing touchdowns.

In the Range of Outcomes tab, Brady has a 12.5% Rise% on DraftKings and an 18% Rise% on FanDuel. Mike Evans and Julio Jones look to be the top stacking options with Brady this week!

In the Range or Outcomes tab, Jackson has a Rise% of 12.1% on DraftKings and a Rise% of 16.2% on FanDuel. Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews look to be the top options to stack with Jackson this week. Tyreek Hill is an interesting opponent to run in game stacks!

RUNNING BACKS

Jonathan Taylor – Taylor ranks first in ratings and second in projections on both sites among running backs. The Colts have an implied team total of 25.5 and are favored to win which should lead to a positive game script for Taylor. He is projected for 21.7 rushing attempts, 104.62 rushing yards, 2.68 receptions, 20.25 receiving yards, and 0.98 total touchdowns.

In the Range of Outcomes tab, Taylor comes in with a Rise% of 25.3% on DraftKings and a 24.8% Rise% on FanDuel. Despite the hefty price tag, Taylor grades out as a top tournament play and has a 40+ point ceiling.

Joe Mixon – Mixon ranks fourth in ratings on both sites while ranking fifth in DraftKings projections and fourth in FanDuel projections. The Bengals come in with an implied total of 25 against the Cowboys. Mixon is projected for 19.21 rushing attempts, 77.46 rushing yards, 2.46 receptions, 17.99 receiving yards, and 0.61 total touchdowns.

In the Range of Outcomes tab, Mixon has a Rise% of 22.7% on DraftKings and a Rise% of 26% on FanDuel. Mixon is coming off a week where he saw 36 total opportunities and should continue to see the bulk of the running back work.

In the Range of Outcomes tab, Kupp comes in with a Rise% of 20.9% on DraftKings and a Rise% of 25.2% on FanDuel. Kupp has the highest ceiling on the slate among wide receivers and is a great spend-up option this week.
